Additionally, UIT prides itself as an industry leader in providing full-scale fiber optic training development and delivery. We supplement our fiber optic training experience with education in call center and help desk tasks, along with construction and installation of voice, data, and video services.
UIT has established its Training Development Center (TDC) at our Tampa, Florida location. The activities conducted by the TDC allow us to provide focused training services in a centered environment where the sole purpose is to build a solid foundation of knowledge and process execution for each customer. The TDC also houses dedicated workstations to ensure connectivity and to protect and strengthen data integrity and security.
