Aa part of UIT's unique approach to client service, UIT has launched its newest division, Performance Solutions. The aim of the division is to serve as a key support and facilitation point for assisting clients in improving the performance in people, systems, and business processes through the use of analysis and applied solutions delivery.

Among its service offerings, the Performance Solutions division provides:

• Analysis - In-depth analysis of people, systems, and processes through an organized and measurable approach needs, gap, and general productivity analyses.
  
• Resolution Planning - Tied directly to analysis, Resolution Planning is focused on developing the most effective, efficient, and cost appropriate plan for execution of recommendations for performance enhancement with an emphasis on both the client's existing scenarios and the desired outcome after implementation.
• Solutions Delivery Support - Through linking Analysis and Resolution Planning, the division provides key support for solutions delivery by acting as a facilitator between the client and third-party providers in order to ensure that planned courses of action are being executed effectively while sustaining overall objectives for performance enhancement.
  
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control - As part of the performance enhancement process, the development of Best Practices, documented QA and QC, as well as processes for achieving objectives through quality measures may be developed for clients prior to and adjusted during execution.
  
• Post Implementation Support - As a key partner and facilitator during the performance enhancement process, the division also provides key resources for post implementation support as it relates to performance improvement techniques and practices.
