Training Management Services
Furthermore, as a result of identifying the importance of training within the business model, UIT established its Training Development Center (TDC) at the firm’s Tampa, Florida location. The activities conducted by the center allow UIT to provide training services and to manage the training process either internally or externally while simultaneously providing services such as end-to-end management of the training education process, and simple vendor management. The TDC also houses dedicated workstations to ensure connectivity and to protect and strengthen data integrity and security.

UIT,
in 1987, was established as a provider of technical consulting services
to the telecommunications industry. However, as the firm grew throughout
the late 1980’s, 1990’s and into the 21st century, UIT
identified shifting trends in the U.S. economy and as a result, the
firm has evolved into a provider of functional and technical consulting
services to additional industries including technologies, banking,
utilities, insurance, and retail in the private sector and UIT has
also provided services to the U.S. government through activities related
to Homeland Security.
With
an emphasis on professional flexibility and customer-centered value
creation, UIT has developed a strong competency with respect to Staffing
Services. Currently, the staffing industry is worth over $50 billion
and it is predicted by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics to be the
fifth fastest growing industry through 2012. 
Additionally,
UIT prides itself as an industry leader in providing full scale
Fiber Optic Deployment Training, starting with analysis of Deployment
Strategies, Job Function Impact, through Curriculum Development
and Delivery. UIT supplements its Fiber Optic expertise with experience
in Call Center, Help desk, Construction and Installation of Voice,
Data and Video services.

its continuous goal to be a holistic service provider, UIT has deployed
